Pink Pepper, contrary to what the name might suggest, aren't real peppercorns but are actually berries of the Brazilian peper tree. It has a resinous, pinene quality, which is why it works so well with juniper. There is a light berry sweetness to it, too, rounded and fruity. Because of this versatility you can use it in all our three gins: the Egmont's Garden Herb Garden, The Orchard and Pink Pasture Gin!
